Robotics Education & Competition Foundation (RECF) coach training courses prepare new and experienced coaches and mentors to form and guide student teams for the VEX IQ Robotics Competition (VIQRC) and VEX V5 Robotics Competition (V5RC) competitions.
Passionate and prepared coaches provide encouragement, resources, and guidance for student team members as they design, build, and code robots to meet the challenges of the VEX Robotics Competition games.
The 2025-2026 coach training courses are available at training.recf.org, and new courses are being added frequently. For access to courses, you'll need to create a new account in that system. Once you're successfully logged in, choose your competition program from the list on the home page, and select the Coach Academy for that program to begin.
